Non-alcoholic Raspberry Berliner Weisse 0.5% vol

A rich and creamy non-alcoholic sour beer, brewed with raspberries.

Taste: Smooth, fresh oats mix with sweet lactose to give a full and creamy body balanced by a fresh raspberry taste. Gentle acidity comes through on the aftertaste with more raspberries following, letting this slide down easy as perfect accompaniment to a sunny day.

Appearance: Rosé pink with a brief white head.

Nose: Fresh raspberry and hints of sweet malts combined with invitingly creamy hints of vanilla and zesty acidity.

Malts: Pilsner zero, Dextrin malt, Golden naked oats, maltodextrin, lactose

Hops: Hallertau Blanc, Hüll Melon, raspberries

OG 6.4° ; FG 5.7° ; IBU 10 ; TA 3.6 g/l lactic acid
